went to the show friday night. Huey is getting older but still kicking ass. The show was good with lots of energy, however, he focused on a lot on new material and didn't play some huge hits such as "do you believe in love" and "if this is it". Number one hits and I can't believe he didn't play those. I guess Huey still thinks he has a relevant band and working on promoting new material when the fact is 99% of your fan base only wants to hear the older hits. As such, he should realize he is a nostalgia band and if he should be focusing on all his hits that we want to hear and a few new songs is good and alright… but a quarter of the concert was new material and that was far too much. He was even joking about it during the show and wtf ws that about. He knew what we wanted and kept promising to play the hits. Eventually he got there but not enough hits to satisfy this concert goer.
